I have been a lot of custom invitations for people. It has allowed me to keep my creative juices flowing and I am thankful for the opportunity to share in so many special occasions this way.<br />
<br /><br />
As I look around, I see I have some cleaning up to do. Shemar Moore is no longer on Criminal Minds, although I may just keep his picture up for inspiration. :-) I will be posting some of my projects that I have created for others soon. I like to post after the event in case it is a surprise to someone.<br />
<br /><br />
I missed Paulette's birthday over on <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC's</a> so I am reposting a card I made in honor of her birthday a couple years ago (sorry I have not created any new ones lately). Hoping she had a FAB birthday!<br />

<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;"></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;">It has been a long time since I have posted something here; however, I have been designing behind the scenes. I've been asked to do several custom orders for individuals which have left little to know time to create for fun. I am not complaining because as long as I get to do what I love it's all good!</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia;"></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia;">However, when I heard that a very good friend of mine (and many of yours) had an accident and that there would be a Blog Hop in her honor, I said sign me up. If you follow Paulette over at Create with TLC, you would know that she had a terrible accident and is recovering. The very sweet Jennifer emailed a bunch of us and asked if we wanted to hop to show our love for Paulette and well...of course we said YES!</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia;"></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia;">I have created the card below using Paulette's wonderful sentiment from the Scripture 2 Wordart set. </span><br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjiL6fdWG8_WZ5jg_fLtCiIyQ_Ous4dC3Fhbd4PaeLlFZE3fNCB-1_aORvv-SEc32tsVZNnhtKGEXPEPFERm3ewJ-xgqndZmq2Zm3Rsdr24bkmRv-94Gw5s34cC0G-XN9uBuLYqe1SdaY4/s1600/Paulettes+card+001.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjiL6fdWG8_WZ5jg_fLtCiIyQ_Ous4dC3Fhbd4PaeLlFZE3fNCB-1_aORvv-SEc32tsVZNnhtKGEXPEPFERm3ewJ-xgqndZmq2Zm3Rsdr24bkmRv-94Gw5s34cC0G-XN9uBuLYqe1SdaY4/s1600/Paulettes+card+001.jpg" height="380" width="400" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Wishing you Strength and Peace</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<span style="font-family: Georgia;">I started with a 5.5x5.5 white card base, layering on grey and then black cardstock. I added a strip of dp and embossed the black cardstock. I used Heartfelt Creations tattered rose stamp and diecut to create my flower. As I mentioned previously, the sentiment is from the Scripture 2 wordart set which you can find in the Create with TLC store (link below).</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia;"></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia;">Paulette has truly inspired my work from the moment I first discovered her awesome blog and I encourage you, if you haven't already done so, to go to the blog and leave some love. She could really use it now more than ever. I pray that she has a speedy recovery and that the pain ceases. She will continue to be in my prayers and thoughts. </span><br />

Greetings!<br />
<br />
I hope your Thursday is going well. I have another busy day (and weekend) ahead of me. I don't always get to take a minute and just say HI or Hello. So, this card is dedicated to all my crafty friends out there...HELLO! <br />
<br />
I used a 6x6 lilac cardstock base for this card. I then layered on white and black cardstock and dp. I used some leftover cardstock and dp to mat my sentiment from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a>. This card truly is a CAS card. I really just wanted the sentiment and the dp to do all the talking. The colors were such a contrast of light and dark. <br />
<br />
Hopefully this card will cause a contagious wave of Hellos to those individuals who you think of, but don't get to talk to very often. <br />

Happy Hump Day! I am back again to share another masculine card with you. I don't know what it is with me and all these "manly" cards, but I love the challenge of them. Honestly, the papers I recently picked up lend themselves to masculine themes. I also think that the right dp or sentiment can make for some lovely CAS cards. <br />
<br />
I was really inspired by the colors in this dp for this card. I started out with a dark grey 6x6 cardstock base. I layered on some teal and yellow cardstock and then dp. Using a strip of the teal cardstock, I cut it on an angle and added it to the corner of my card. I matted my sentiment from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a> on the teal cardstock as well. I think it is simple, but yet perfect for that manly man in your life.<br />

Greetings!<br />
<br />
Happy April Fool's Day! I hope that you haven't fallen victim to someone's foolery today. I use to be good at pranking people. I would get my older sister all the time. However, I haven't done that in a while. I definitely didn't have time today, because as I mentioned a bit ago, I started a new job and I'm still adjusting my sails. I am also training to be President of our local Rotary group in 2015. It is so much work that goes into this role, but I am looking forward to it. <br />
<br />
Today, I am sharing another masculine card with you that is inspired by the dp and the sentiment at the same time. I saw this paper on sale at a crop I went to recently and immediately thought of <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC's</a> "Be sets." I love these sets. They are truly my favorite because they are perfect "stand alones" on cards. Male cards don't require all the embellishments and frills that female cards do so these Be sets work well. <br />
<br />
I created this card using a 6x6 kraft cardstock base and layered on this yummy deep red cardstock. I then layered on the dp that has these beautiful red and blue sailboats on them and an antique finish. I emobossed this really cool blue cardstock that has a sparkle sheen to it and matted it behind and across the card. I also used a coordinating dp to put behind the sentiment which was matted on red cardstock and cut out using Spellbinder's Wonky rectangle diecut. As I stated previously, the sentiment is from Create with TLC's Be Set and it comes with an image as well. Head over to the <a href="http://www.artfire.com/ext/shop/studio/tlc4lo">store</a> and check them out.<br />

Yep, it is Monday and I do feel if though aliens took my brains. I needed my weekend to stretch out a little bit longer. Oh well, I am please to see that it is finally starting to look like Spring here in Michigan. The sun is shining and my spirits are lifting.<br />
<br />
Today, I am sharing a card that I am sure that several of you out there can relate to. I actually could have checked all the boxes. I started out with a 6x6 grey cardstock base and layered on black cardstock and dp. I wanted to make a masculine card and this color scheme actually can be male/female. I rounded off the edges of the card using my corner rounder punch. I then layered another square panel of black and green cardstock. I matted the sentiment from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a> on dp. <br />

<br />
I am still in the mindset of JOY. There are so many benefits to having joy - physically, mentally and emotionally. We really benefit from it when we share joy with others. I believe we are strengthened when we can celebrate the good in others.<br />
<br />
Today, I am sharing a card I made using Create with TLC sentiment "It's a JOY to celebrate you." This would make a good "just because," "thinking of you" or "birthday" card. The papers were the muse for the card's color scheme. I started out with a chocolate cardstock base, layered on some peach cardstock and then light blue. I topped the card off with this wildflower dp, which lends itself to a variety of color themes. I took a strip of the chocolate cardstock and layered on an opposing strip of dp. I finished the card off with this lovely sentiment matted on the chocolate cardstock.<br />

<br />
Greetings!<br />
<br />
This is a good rule of thumb, live in joy; however, I know that it is easier said then done. I am teaching myself to focus on those things that bring me joy. For instance, today I plan on going to see, for the second time, the movie "God's not dead." I enjoyed this movie so much that I highly recommend everyone to go see it at least once. I love Newsboys music and this is one of my fav songs and the movie truly does it justice. You will walk a way with a reinforced since of security and faith in God.<br />
<br />
I used a 5/12 x 51/2 rose cardstock base and layered on a seafoam blue and cranberry cardstock. I then layered on dp, which was truly the muse for the color theme of this card. The sentiment is from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a> and is matted on cranberry cardstock with a strip of seafoam on the side. I used a corner rounder to round off all the corners. <br />

<br />
It has been a while since I have posted anything. So much has happened and I am hopeful that tomorrow will bring brighter days. I was able to get back into the swing of things and make some cards. A lot of people around me have been sick (including myself) so this card is dedicated to everyone who has been fighting some ailment. My prayers go out to you for a speedy recovery and Happy Healing.<br />
<br />
Here's my creation...<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-5K49t6mWu3T3RV_az0uHiQNpkI6WhyXR0w3nFh7DwSkX9raXN_DPURR9Ztpht1P9prapPIOHwGC5Dpnzx46Oxo-PTEqCcuUUlJwipy-Zo_wNTANbx4Ln8DPOLozH8UQdgKaVxkM5Pmo/s1600/Happy+Healing.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-5K49t6mWu3T3RV_az0uHiQNpkI6WhyXR0w3nFh7DwSkX9raXN_DPURR9Ztpht1P9prapPIOHwGC5Dpnzx46Oxo-PTEqCcuUUlJwipy-Zo_wNTANbx4Ln8DPOLozH8UQdgKaVxkM5Pmo/s1600/Happy+Healing.jpg" height="393" width="400" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Happy Healing</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
I used a 6x6 grey cardstock based and layered on this really cool dp that I picked up from an all day cropping event. I thought this would make for a really cute "male" get well card. I matted the sentiment "Happy Healing" from Create with TLC on black and red cardstock. I used the corner rounder to round off the edges. I then used my Stamp'in Up label punch to make the pills. I added some glossy texture over the top to make them appear to be plastic. This is a simple card, but I think the paper and the sentiment really makes it stand out.<br />

<br />
Whew, what a world-whind of a week this has been. I find it hard to believe that we are already almost half way through February. I was offered a new job last week so things have been crazy for me, because I start my new job on Monday. I have been working in the same department for a little over 13 years. My new job is totally opposite of my current job. I will managing one of our most active campuses and supervising over a dozen employees. Yikes! I love the campus and people so I am prayful that all will work out for the good. *smile* It is hard for me to move out of my comfort zone and leave my co-workers, but it is time. I have learned only God knows when it is time and I feel that he is gently nudging me in the direction of an open door of endless possibilities. I love him for knowing what I truly need.<br />
<br />
Well, I am going to share with you a card that I made a little bit ago using Mo Manning's image and just now getting the opoortunity to post it. <br />
<br />
Here's my creation...<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Baby and Me</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
Using a 6x6 kraft cardbase, I layered on blue and white cardstock. I also added pink polka dot dp and a lace diecut. I used my Spellbinder's heart diecut and cut out a blue mat. I cut out the image using a circle diecut and colored my image using Copics. To finish my card off, I added a flourish swirl and some blue flowers. <br />

I designed this tag using my Cameo. I started out with yellow cardstock and designed a butterfly tag. I used print and cut and layered on the white cardstock. <tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Butterfly Card</td></tr>

This card was created by sarting out with a yellow cardbased. I layered on orange cardstock, which I punched the bottom using Martha Stewart Lace punch. I created a tile background using the freebie image matted on green cardstock. I colored the image using Copic markers. I finished the card with a sentiment from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a> "Be a Butterfly set." <br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Nature Plaque</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
My last project, which is a new medium I have learned, is putting images on ceramic tiles. I purchased 41/4x41/4 ceramic tiles from my local home improvement store and using Modge Podge I adhered the images on to the tiles. I then went over the image again with another coat of Modge Podge and finished it off with an acrylic sealer that can be purchased from either Michaels or Joanns. Using a sentiment from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a>, I cut out the wordart on vinyl using my Cameo and adhered it to the tile. I did not spray it with the acrylic sealant, because I found it causes the edges of the vinyl to curl. The handle/hanger was made using wire and pearl beads. I love how it turned out and it will probably hang on my front door or in the mudroom. <br />
<br />
As you can see, I got a bit carried away with this beautiful cosmo flower freebie and ended up created 4 projects. I wanted to show how versatile this delicate little flower could be any project that you could imagine.<br />

<br />
I hope that your week is winding down well. We are preparing for another snow storm that is suppose to arrive Saturday. I have to say that this snow has been gorgeous to look at, but a bear to get around in. <br />
<br />
Today, I will be sharing a card with you using another image from Mo Manning and a sentiment that was created especially for this image by Paulette at Create with TLC. She is so good at accomodating me with my somewhat strange request.<br />
<br />
Here's my creation...<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhe9Wa8PbBTHwCxg2Els-IUCw92Iv4tnU5WKTXa4NxUQ-SKeN0HnFEVsmGgzW9zrQHowoUwIj1Q3m71AUq6-xlBEdggCn60yZJl7kwr2yxxMAYU3fmiUcBpA1ZcjWic1CmHGepCHqeXlpM/s1600/Goodbye+Tooth.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhe9Wa8PbBTHwCxg2Els-IUCw92Iv4tnU5WKTXa4NxUQ-SKeN0HnFEVsmGgzW9zrQHowoUwIj1Q3m71AUq6-xlBEdggCn60yZJl7kwr2yxxMAYU3fmiUcBpA1ZcjWic1CmHGepCHqeXlpM/s1600/Goodbye+Tooth.jpg" height="400" width="377" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Good-bye Little Tooth</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
This little lady made me chuckle, because I remember when I lost my first tooth. It was the day before picture day, so I took a picture wearing Winnie the Pooh overalls and turtleneck with a missing tooth front and center. My hair was even in puffy pigtails like her. Wow! I decided because I was surrounding by snow to use some soft springy blues, greens and yellows for my card. I started with a baby blue 6x6 cardstock base, layered on dp, yellow cardstock and some more dp. I used Spellbinder's Wonky rectangle diecut to cut out my image and the blue mat. I cut the tag and sentiment out using my Cameo. I colored my image using Copics and finished it off with Stickles and ribbon. The inside of the card, which I always forget to snap a pic of, states "hello lots of cash."<br />
<br />
As I stated before, this sentiment was a special request from Paulette; however, you can get tons of freebies for being a follower of the<a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/"> blog</a>. <br />
I know that everyone is talking about the weather. I have to say that there are perks and one of them is that my school was cancelled yesterday. I have had an average of a day and half off each week since the beginning of the year due to the weather. I really can't complain about that, now can I? <br />
<br />
Today, I am sharing with you a card I made using Mo Manning's image and a Winne the Pooh quote created by Create with TLC. I love Winnie the Pooh. I use to have all his clothes when I was younger. <br />
<br />
Here's my creation...<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Friend who cares</td></tr>

I thought this little guy was so cute. I started with a blue 6x6 cardstock based and layered on dp. I used half of a scallop circle to put in the background. The brown paper is actually paper that dishes were wrapped in and I recycled it for my card projects. I love the texture and look of it. I cut the image out using my Spellbinder dies and colored it using Copics. I added Stickles to the snow and tree branch. I finished it off by cutting the sentiment out using a die designed on my Cameo.<br />

<br />
I am hoping that with all the cold weather that our Spring and Summer are nice. I decided not to complain about the cold (too much), because my grandmother (God rest her soul) always would say, "the cold kills the diseases." Wow, there are a lot of dead diseases this Winter. I am popping in to share with you 1 of 2 creations that I made using a new set from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/2014/01/new-in-store_25.html">Create with TLC called "Look Cute</a>." It is hard to look cute in 5 below weather, but I manage some how. lol<br />
<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

Here's my second creation...<br />
<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFK_xjp8SVAg5dZuXtyJCpGBk4CW2j6-mgfbnU-UFQbM5MB-Fmqf4nYrWTKtmjm5IIIGa_ywmVIi1VQO1AqpIZk01QjtJsUYHxkVsnzV6lE4y9GGqNUENApxXUupptjZ5X57_29aGwZXY/s1600/Just+Shop.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFK_xjp8SVAg5dZuXtyJCpGBk4CW2j6-mgfbnU-UFQbM5MB-Fmqf4nYrWTKtmjm5IIIGa_ywmVIi1VQO1AqpIZk01QjtJsUYHxkVsnzV6lE4y9GGqNUENApxXUupptjZ5X57_29aGwZXY/s1600/Just+Shop.jpg" height="306" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Just Shop</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
Okay, here's another card that is ink-free. I used a 6x6 black cardstock base and layered on white cardstock and chevron red dp. I chose to use a silhouette of a girl shopping as my image for this card. I thought it would be different and when I merged pattern paper onto the silhouette, it was different. I knew I could do this with my Cameo, but had never tried it. I loved how it turned out. I used a simple flourish diecut and then popped my sentiment from the new Look Cute set. I really can relate to this sentiment! teehee<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Often Imitated</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
I kept this card pretty simple. I used a black and white theme, because those are such classic and forgiving colors. I was watching My Fair Lady when I created this card, so that had a huge influence on it I'm sure. I used a 5 1/2 x 51/2 white cardstock base, layered on half a sheet of dp and a strip of black cardstock that I punched using MS lace punch. I cut the image and sentiment out using my Cameo. I didn't add one ounce of ink to this card. I was going to color her chair, but then changed my mind. I love that saying, "often imitated, but never duplicated." Yep, God made me and said, "one is definitely enough. " lol<br />

<br />
The snow that we had has almost melted away due to the rain and the bit of sunshine we have had these past few days. I happen to catch a dad and his sons building a cool dinosaur out of snow. I haven't been back by there house to see if it is still standing. <br />
<br />
Today, I am going to share with you a card I made using Mo's Valerie in Winter and a perfect sentiment from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a>. I love how well Paulette's sentiment goes so well with this image.<br />
<br />
Here's my card...<br />
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgoF8V62SX8q-g-4xkF_KaUN2pV_RoV7CmBOQK-fN2Y_jID1qEpKGaZ1kZkBR0hsS_wBT5zz3zDC7j69POirwZi1yaCZJRklnOKvwnpuMDYpdHOxhOHRS1LFnfsTC9DGwKgYTqTH8zoDCs/s1600/Snowball+fight.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgoF8V62SX8q-g-4xkF_KaUN2pV_RoV7CmBOQK-fN2Y_jID1qEpKGaZ1kZkBR0hsS_wBT5zz3zDC7j69POirwZi1yaCZJRklnOKvwnpuMDYpdHOxhOHRS1LFnfsTC9DGwKgYTqTH8zoDCs/s1600/Snowball+fight.jpg" height="320" width="319" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Snowball fight rule #1</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
I didn't see any snowball fights, but I did witness a guy on a snowmobile, fight a huge mound of snow and he didn't win. People need to realize that snowmobile riding is not for residential areas. Lesson learned...I hope.<br />
<br />
Anyways, I started my card with a Red 6x6 cardstock base and layered on pink and then dp. I used my 6x6 paperpad to decide my color scheme and I must say I love how it turned out especially the green. It really pops! I added some wavy green ribbon and matted my image to a Spellbinder's diecut. I used my Cameo to cut out the sentiment and its layers. I finished my card off with some stickles and white gel pen. It was colored using Copic markers.<br />
<br />
You can snag fun sentiments like this one and so much more when you visit <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a> store. Also, don't forget to link your card (or project) up on the Show it off Sunday link.<br />

<br />
I hope that your week is off to a good start! I am sharing another creation using more goodies from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a>. As I mentioned in my previous posts, Paulette is now designing svgs and she has really out done herself (as usual). <br />
<br />
Here's my creation...<br />
<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg4NNQYXVZV8c9s1ZqxJJDjyD9Csxs1_hpkHgrt3Rk_vkszlbLDPC4vqn07eHRxVhFDEEn4yaRmiwG1cZPeC3z0p9fa6snud7lwsoxy7rXi-EVPof0egIARj8bhxvui8W6fn2rS8bryZkQ/s1600/Mr+and+Mrs.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg4NNQYXVZV8c9s1ZqxJJDjyD9Csxs1_hpkHgrt3Rk_vkszlbLDPC4vqn07eHRxVhFDEEn4yaRmiwG1cZPeC3z0p9fa6snud7lwsoxy7rXi-EVPof0egIARj8bhxvui8W6fn2rS8bryZkQ/s1600/Mr+and+Mrs.jpg" height="320" width="315" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Mr. and Mrs. Love you to pieces!</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
I started with a 6x6 Kraft cardstock based and layered on some dp from Stamp'in Up. I used the Mr. and Mrs. svg diecut from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a> to create the white and burgundy background layers. The Mr. and Mrs. were cut out on kraft and cream cardstock as was the sentiment. The foilage was leftover from another project (post later).<br />
<br />
You can get this set and many others by visiting the <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC </a>store. Also, don't forget to link your projects up with Show it off Sunday! <br />

<br />
We recently just dug out from under a LOT of snow and now we have had rain. Sooo, are streets are slushies! I hope it doesn't freeze, because I haven't mastered iceskating yet. I am so looking forward to Spring!<br />
<br />
Here's a card I made using a Koi fish diecut from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a>.<br />
<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Don't be Koi</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
I loved the playing with this Koi fish svg. I started with a light blue cardbase and layered on white and then dp. I cut the fish and all the other components of the card using my Cameo. I designed the splashes and heart dies. I also created the sentiment. I will have to ask Paulette to redo it. I finished my card by adding a googly eye.<br />

<br />
I hope that your New Year is off to a good start. Lately over at <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a>, Paulette has been creating some super cool svg files and giving some away to her followers. I have made a few cards using them and today I will share with the you the beautiful flower.<br />
<br />
Here's my creation...<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Bloom Into You</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
This card was created using a 6x6 cardbase, layered with yellow and then white cardstock with corners cut-outs. Using the Cameo Silhouette I cut the flower shape out. I used a white and orange gel pen to add accents to the leaves and flower center. I also used a sentiment from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a>. I finished the card off with colorful dots.<br />
<br />
Paulette post freebies daily and if you know that you can always stop by her blog daily, then sign up for the monthly freebies mailing for a small fee. I was very pleased to discover that it cut perfect on the first try and I love how the lettering turned out. I added some silhouettes of different deers that I had recieved with a svg packet. The glass jars came from the local Dollar store as well as the candles. After applying the vinyl, I sprayed some protective spray over the vinyl. <br />
Woo-hoo it's finally Friday! I couldn't believe it, when I woke up this morning there was snow on the ground. Fluffy...white...snow! I don't know why this is so surprising to me after living in Michigan all my life. I think by noon it will all be gone. Speaking of snow, I won this awesome snowman digi set from Beccy's Place challenge last month. I love snowmen, but don't care to be outside in the cold and snow to make one. :-) <br />
<br />

Isn't this a fun set! Great for all those Christmas cards. She even includes sentiments, so no trying to come up with the right thing to say. I love all of them, but the snowman looking up with the birdie on his nose is my fav. However, I used the lovely Poinsettia snowman for my card below.<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Poinsettia Snowman</td></tr>

<br />
Using a 6x6 red cardbase, layer on some bashful blue cardstock and dp. The snowflake frame was designed by me using...yes my Cameo. <em>{Hi my name is Candy and I am addicted to my Cameo.}</em> The poinsettia was also created using the Cameo. I used red cardstock and polka-dot dp for the flower and glitter cardstock for the leaf. The snowman was colored using Copic markers and cut out using the Wonky rectangle diecut from Spellbinders. The card was finished off with snow effects, glassy gel, Stickles, white gel pen and glitter gem beads.<br />
<br />

<br />
Happy Wednesday to you. I hope your week is moving productively along. Mine has been very very busy. I have been doing some late Spring cleaning only to discover that I am a paper hoarder. I have a TON of paper and have been going through the stacks (literally stacks) to organize and take inventory of it all. I am hoping to sell a lot of it, because it is overtaking my house. I teach cardmaking classes so I would buy paper in bulk and I guess I didn't realize how much I have accumulated over the years. Wowza! I am checking in to using my Etsy store, but since it isn't "handmade" by me I wonder if I can sell it there. Hmmm?? I will investigate.<br />
<br />
In the meantime, I would like to share a card I made using a beautiful (in my humble opinion) image that I received from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a>'s Ocotber Club. If you have never joined one of the clubs, you should because Paulette packs them with all kinds of awesome goodies. She has a mini club going on right now. Check it out <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/2013/11/anything-goes-club.html">here</a>.<br />
<br />
Here's my card using the beautiful birds...<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVpKJo-cIZcKCbxs1IEKdGyPRqTA86Ljl5BYM5DuoDJ0obRmc2sisgsXQG6kx2pgqy5UyesOY8o3FPUHhJtyf82ZROZgGKd8w8VoTnK_PtHWnFvrgYMs3M9-uyyQIICQF1sb9pGMdG3sw/s1600/Birds.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVpKJo-cIZcKCbxs1IEKdGyPRqTA86Ljl5BYM5DuoDJ0obRmc2sisgsXQG6kx2pgqy5UyesOY8o3FPUHhJtyf82ZROZgGKd8w8VoTnK_PtHWnFvrgYMs3M9-uyyQIICQF1sb9pGMdG3sw/s400/Birds.jpg" width="375" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Beautiful Birds</td></tr>

<br />
I kept this card really simple. I layered on dp onto a 6x6 cardbase. I used my MS lace punch to cut a strip and tucked that under a frame I created using my Cameo. I mounted the image (pre-colored) on the frame and added Stickles to the tail to add some sparkle. I finished the card off by added some pearls in the corner. Very simple, but lovely I think.<br />
<br />
I will link this up to this week's <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/p/show-it-off-sunday.html">Show it off Sunday</a> link over on the Create with TLC blog. I would love to see your work there.<br />

<br />
I hope your Friday is moving steadily. The wind is howling and it's overcast here in Michigan. I felt bad for all the little tricker-treaters yesterday because it was windy and rainy. However, I doubt that it stopped the little ankle-biters from collecting their goodies. :-)<br />
<br />
I am back to share another creation made using the Barely There promo set from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a>. I used the Falling Leaves image along with a sentiment from last year from Create with TLC.<br />
<br />
Heres' my creation...<br />

This card has a 6x6 cardstock base in eggshell white, layered with a burgundy textured cardstock and a 1/2 sheet of dp from SU. The sentiment and image were matted on green cardstock, using Spellbinder's dies to cut the the shapes. The image and sentiment were colored using Microsoft Word (you can see the tutorial in the lastest edition of the Through the Craftroom Door magazine). The card was finished off with some raffata ribbon, glossy glaze and Stickles.<br />

The image was colored using Microsoft Word (tutorial can be found in the latest issue of Through the Craftroom Door magazine) and glaze and Stickles was added to make it pop. I used a Spellbinder's label diecut to mat my sentiment and finished the card off with white gel pen stitches.<br />

<br />
Yep, Fall has definitely arrived (with Winter close behind) here in Michigan. We had cold blowing rain yesterday and today is supposed to be dry, but it is still chilly. I am determine not to turn on my furnance until I see the white stuff falling. lol I have an old house with a fireplace so I try to use the fireplace, my little potbelly oven and blankets before I crank on the furnance. Although, that usually doesn't last long because I am always cold. <br />
<br />
Today, I have a simple Fall/Autumn card to share with you using some goodies from <a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/">Create with TLC</a> last club (see the badge for the Christmas/Holiday club over there --------->). Paulette packs these clubs with all kinds of fun finds! You really can't beat the price and that reminds me I need to go sign up for the next one. <br />
<br />
Here's my creation...<br />
<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhF_RlR0_IiMf4hCBnO_f6otHpQWcXMeVnJiYlbYXXkEBkV5rPOAF2-k1CuJ7QyxfTSzYqQZvWUmuehtxW2w3aQsnHw16bpeP3ob1nQJDI3ACcuACmMC_W3ixEcH4Di0FMOgourJyinhmc/s1600/TLC+Leaves+are+Falling.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhF_RlR0_IiMf4hCBnO_f6otHpQWcXMeVnJiYlbYXXkEBkV5rPOAF2-k1CuJ7QyxfTSzYqQZvWUmuehtxW2w3aQsnHw16bpeP3ob1nQJDI3ACcuACmMC_W3ixEcH4Di0FMOgourJyinhmc/s400/TLC+Leaves+are+Falling.jpg" width="396" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Leaves are falling</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
I started with a 6x6 Kraft cardstock base, layered on some chocolate cardstock and some old dp from SU. I digitally paper-pieced my leaves using my Cameo. I aslo cut out a mat and my sentiment in the shape of a leaf on my Cameo. The paper I used for my leaves, sentiment and leaf shape came from Create with TLC. I finished my card off by putting glaze over the leaves to make them glisten. I really kept this card fairly simple. I love all the Fall colors and there are several places here in Michigan to go check out God's awesome artwork.<br />
<br />
I will link this card up over at Create with TLC "<a href="http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/p/show-it-off-sunday.html">Show it off Sunday</a>." I hope to see your creations there too!<br />
