“Fish Out of Water” Challenge

Greetings:

Below is the card I created for Create w/ TLC’s “Fish out of Water,” challenge.  I used a technique called paper piecing (not to be confused with paper piercing).  I will post a toot on this technique.  It is very easy.

Copic Markers

Fish bowl charm (came with various other charms)

Cuttlebug embossing folders

Sizzix Fish bowl diecut with accessories
