I hope you survived Cinco de Mayo! I didn't even get a chance to eat a tortilla chip yesterday, because I was so busy. :-( I will definitely have to right that wrong this weekend. :-)
Today, I would like to share with you a tag I designed using an elephant silhouette image I found on the net and Create with TLC's awesome wordart. You may have seen this posted on Paulette's blog already, but if you haven't then here it is...Never Forget Tag.
I am really enjoying working with silhouettes (and the Cameo Silhouette), because I can use dp and use the same image, but several different ways. I really liked this elephant. He seemed happy walking along so I decided to create some grass at his feet and let him go for a stroll. I added the heart, because I was originally thinking about asking Paulette to create me a sentiment that said, "Never forget how much I love you," or something like that. However, when looking through my Create with TLC stash of goodies, I came across this sentiment, which was perfect. I've said it before, Paulette must be a mindreader because she always has the perfect wordart for what I need. I matted pink cardstock behind white. I used a sponge to add a blue sky and popped my elephant on top. I also matted my elephant and cloud with a grey cardstock. I used my crop-a-dile to punch a hole in the top of my die and ran string through it.
Thanks for looking and commenting!
