Today is not only tax day, but it happens to be Paulette, owner of Create with TLC, birthday! So the Creative Team has decided to take one image and make her some birthday wishes. I love the image that Lisa Lynn has chosen for us. It screams Paulette and it screams HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
