Cuddly Buddly - Pachela Studios "Little Star: Piece of Cake"

Greetings!

Happy Tuesday!  I hope your day is going well.  I took the day off from work (not to play) so that I could get my mudroom completely cleaned out and begin the renovations to make it into a pantry/laundry room.  I hope this great plan that resides in my head manifest into a reality - quickly and inexpensively. lol  I am taking a break from cleaning to share with you  a card I made that I think would be perfect for a little girl's birthday.  I love color.  The brighter the better (sometimes).  I decided to go all out on this card so if bright colors bother you - put on your shades. :-)

Here's my card...

Have a mice day!
I started out with a 6x6 scalloped white cardbase.  I layered on some SU cardstock and yummy, glittery, bright dp.  I used the Spellbinder's eyelet die with yellow cardstock to mat my image.  My image was colored using Copics and I accented it with gel pens and glaze.

Cuddly Buddly - Pachela Studios "Exciting News"

Greetings!

Happy Saturday!  Yep, it is official Winter is back from its vacation here in Michigan.  Wowzer it turned brrrr quick!  My sinuses have been going bonkers yesterday and today.  The upside to the cold weather is that I don't want to be outside-so more time indoors to create!  I'm always trying to find the silver lining. :-)
Today, I want to share with you one of the most A-dorable little images that I've had the pleasure of playing with.  Actually, I think that all of the Cuddly Buddly - Pachela Studios images are adorable.  I used "Exciting News" today to create my card.  I had this little cutie and a few more PS images for a while and have recently been trying to pull them out and use them.  If you have never visited the Cuddly Buddly store, you should because they have a lot of talented artist and items.

Here's my creation...

"You've Got Mail"
I started this card out with a 6x6 scalloped card base.  I layered on SU cardstock and CTMH dp.  I had some brownish-copper netting that I layered and a diecut leaf that I outlined using Gold Stickles.  I cut my circles out using Spellbinder's eyelet and circle dies.  I added a handwritten sentiment and went around the card with a white gel pen to add faux stitching.  Lastly, the image was colored using Copics.  I colored the squirrel and popped him on top of the colored background.  I wanted him to really stand out.  I know it is a lot of colors, but they are all FALL colors so I think it works. :-)

Sorry

Greetings!

Today I am showing you a card I made using an adorable image Little Sweetie's Bouquet from a Cuddly Buddly artist Pachela Studios.  I just love these images.  I once again did Mariska technicque, because practice makes perfect. :-)

Here's my image...

The dp are from SU and the cardstock from Bazzill. I colored the image using Copics and added a glaze over it once it was all done.  I added some stitching (which I must practice more) and ribbon with a couple of buttons.  The diecut is Spellbinders Oval and Oval beaded.  I didn't add a sentiment to this card, because although he looks like he is saying "Sorry," it could be an ecouraging card as well.

Challenges:
Bunny Zoe's Crafts:  Ribbon or Twine
Simon Says Stamp and Show:  Anything Goes
Paper Sundaes:  Anything Goes
